Diana Centofanti was born and raised in Alburqurque, New Mexico.  SHe later moved to California, where she first earned an Associate's degree at a school in Northern California, then moved south to coninue her education, ultimately receiving a bachelor's degree in marketing.  Diana quickly recognized that she wanted to make a difference in peoples' lives, so she went back to school again, taking classes in social services, and received a certificate for Residential Administration.  After working in skilled nursing facilities and other social services positions for a number of years.

Two years ago, Diana moved to Atlanta to get married.  She recently became aware of CapTel Phones, and decided this was a way to combine her social services experience with her natural marketing talents.  Ideal for people with some degree of hearing loss, the Captioned Telephone, or CapTel, works like any other telephone with one important addition: It displays every word the caller says throughout the conversation. CapTel phone users can listen to the caller, and can also read the written captions in the CapTel's bright display window.

Listen is as Diana describes how the CapTel Phone helps her clients stay plugged in to their friends and families.  For more information, check out the website at, call Diana directly at (770) 837-0800, or email her at
